I love the look of my nose studs. Currently, wearing the ball. Super cute! So, in my experience, I have been shopping for countless stubs and I am learning by trail and error such as gauges, bones, L shape etc. These pins are indeed long but bendable. I wasn't excepting them to be so long. I'm guessing they are for your piercer to adjust? So I had to bend them to fit. For me the only disadvantage when bending to fit you loss the polished finish tip. Polish tip was the selling point for me which, makes inserts easy and comfortable. Once to bend and break off the end it becomes rigid and sharp. Not sure, if should say this but I took a (CLEAN) nail file and smooth out tip. Then I re-clean the nose ring again. Otherwise, I am a happy customer!!!
