Having to start over in a new job, these clear plugs help keep my holes at their preferred size. I was extremely impressed with the quality of these plugs. The way I'm using my plugs now is during the work week. Monday morning, I take out my metal hoops, and then when I get home after work, I put in my plugs. Then Tuesday morning, I'm able to pull these plugs out real fast, and 3 at a time, because I don't bother using the rubber O-rings. I do this up until Friday, and put my hoops in Friday night, and the cycle continues. Back to the quality of this product; because I am taking taking these on/off throughout the week, the smooth design of the insertion end drastically cuts down on wear and tear of my holes. I wish I had this system and these plugs 13 years ago! Thank you!
